OrderChop – Review Responses #
1. Click "Reviews"
2. Click "Respond"
3. Click in the message box
You can type a manual response here.
4. Or Click "Autogenerate"
And use AI to help you generate a response to the review.
5. Click on the Prompt Dropdown and select a ready made prompt
or create a new prompt by clicking where it says Create Prompt.
6. Click "Generate AI Reply
And it will start reading the review and craft a response based on the review left by customer.
7. Read the response
And modify as needed.
8. Once happy with the response
Click the Respond button. And you’re done.
