1. Click on the chevron icon next to Forms

to expand it’s submenu.

3. Look for your form where you want to add the email notification to

and Click “Settings”

4. Click “Email Notifications”

9. Click on the 3 vertical dots

This will ensure when the restaurant owner responds, it goes to the person who filled out the form and not back to the system admin.
