OrderChop – Form Email Notifications #
1. Click on the chevron icon next to Forms
to expand it’s submenu.
2. Click “Forms”
3. Look for your form where you want to add the email notification to
and Click “Settings”
4. Click “Email Notifications”
5. Click on Add Notification
6. Click “New Notification”
And enter the Restaurant’s name
7. Click on Send to email
and enter the email where you want to send all the inquiries to
8. Click on Subject
And add a subject
9. Click on the 3 vertical dots
10. And select First Name
This will add the person’s name who filled out the form to the subject.
11. Click on the email body
12. Click “Add Shortcodes “
13. Click on Input Options
Then select the All Data short code. This will add all the information from the form into the email body.
14. Click on Advanced
15. Click on Reply To
16. Select Email
This will ensure when the restaurant owner responds, it goes to the person who filled out the form and not back to the system admin.
17. Click on Save Notification
You’re done.
